how do i act normal around hot people

i just started college and i feel super awkward around people i find attractive. not that i have any hope on the romantic front but at the very minimum i don’t want to be fidgety and awkward just because a hot person passes by me. i can’t help but blush or overthink my posture.

ik this isn’t the best subreddit to ask this question but ive been pretty reclusive the last year so idk how to cope with all the social interactions. any tips? :(
