After 5 years my ROG Phone 5s Pro Died

Been using this phone on a daily basis for the longest time, primarily being my second phone. Mainly for Google maps, music, some games here and there. Today I didn't use it and the battery was low, so I plugged it in with the same charger (100w PD brick and Anker cable) I use every other day, and with every other device and it started charging. Walk away for about 30 minutes, come back, no power, no charge led. Measure wattage, 0, measure battery voltage, 8.3v, measured Batt-ID, read 9.9kΩ, it's meant to be 51kΩ. Check the 2 battery series pads, reading 8.3v on both, and also read VPH\_PWR, raised to 4.09 stable, but 1.8v rail is missing. Can anyone help?
