Cancellation of enrollment in language course

Hey everyone !

So I'll get straight to the point, I enrolled for Spanish add on course from DU and I need to cancel it. I won't be able to attend the classes and was wondering what's the process like and if I'll be able to get my fees back. I paid a good amount and I've been seeing online that fees is generally not refunded. Anybody can guide me regarding this process or have faced similar situations, please share.
