Current state of the rta

When will we have a real game changing balance patch? Currently rta its just "insert 5 units with passive and wait for vio proc" or first pick haegang to block basically any stripping setup just for existing...

Since we got the 2 last collabs its a nightmare ton of wind stark/gandalf/fern and lets not forget the units who dodge every nerfs shi hou and josephine ....
