What does this dream mean?

From what I remember my mom was upset with my brother for some reason, I dont remember why, but in the dream I agreed with her that killing my brother was the best solution (something I would never do irl, hes literally my bff), so when he took his dog out for a walk she pulled out a sniper rifle and shot him, the dog came running back to the house and i suddenly realized that this was a mistake and ran out there to find him laying in the snow with a bullet hole in his neck, there's a paramedic there and im screaming "why aren't you doing anything" but my brother is somehow still alive and just saying "i have a scratchy throat".

This dream really freaked me out, does it have any sort of meaning?
