Which Movie to watch with Gf

Hey, my girlfriend never agreed to watch a star wars movie with me until today. She wants me to choose one. What donyou guys think would be a good choice to intoduce her to the franchise? I think she watched parts of episode one and wasnt the biggest fan. Besides that she didnt watch anything.
