Skin Tint or Concealer?

My skintone is even but there is a bit of redness and acne marks.. I have combination skin which tends to get oily when I travel.. so, what should I prefer buying for college events or family function? Skin tint or Concealer?

Also do I need to buy powder along with these?

Also need concealer/skin tint/bb/cc creams recommendations that are non-comedogenic, last long, doesn't oxidize & turn grey..
