Crazy abdominal pain?

I’ve tried different glp-1’s and each and every time I get unbearable stomach pain, it’s landed me in the hospital once however I’m so unbelievably desperate to loose weight and unfortunately I wish I could but I am unable to get physical exercise in. I walk around a little and I go fishing but it’s no where near enough. I barely eat any food and yet I still wake up in so much pain, does anyone else get this? Did anyone ever figure out how to fix it? I beg please, I’m so sick of this pain I just need it to stop.
