Is there no hope left ???

Vent / rant

I ( 17/M ), cracked NEET this yr and got alloted to a GMC in my home state. I'm a very recent redditer and found this sub, just before weeks.....

Everyday I open reddit, I read the same posts in this sub : ' Doctors are under paid ' (or) ' This is the worst decision of ur life ' (or) most importantly ' choose engineering over mbbs ' ( I actually had cracked JEE mains with almost 97 % ile and cracked VITEEE vellore , CSE core with category 1 fee, but I rejected these opportunities to choose this field )

So, these posts completely turned my INTEREST to CONFUSION ( nobody can say, shi like ' if u hv interest, u will not be confused ', cuz nobody can be like that imho ) and ik many others are facing the same dilemma.

So, my qn is, whether the ' GRASS IS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE ' situation not applicable for this field ??? Is the field never green ??? Afaik, Most issues are faced by the ' ONLY MBBS ' doctors... what will be my life, if I do MD/MS and SS ??? Is it still miserable??? ( Cuz, i don't think, I'll stop by MBBS alone for sure )

Also, I'm ready to sacrifice my youth tbh, I definitely understand the weight of a white coat, but is there any assurance that , if I put my 200 %, at least when I'm 32 ( 15 yrs from now ), will I be in a good position???

Also, is the SATURATION ISSUE, applicable only to this field??? Do the 'so called Techies' not face the issue ??? Also, if I constantly strive to be in the top 5 % of the crowd , won't I be able to survive in the field ?? I hv a lot of qns like this wandering my mind, but these are the primary ones, I wanted to ask out these to my seniors

Pls share ur valuable insights regarding this issue.....
