OSAP application stuck on “School is currently being reviewed for approval” anyone else dealing with this?

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone else attending a private career college/private postsecondary school in Ontario is experiencing the same issue with their OSAP application.

My OSAP application has been showing the following since June 29, 2026:

It is now well past mid-July, and my application still hasn't been updated.

How long does the annual OSAP school approval process usually take?

Once the school is approved, what happens to the OSAP application? (Will the school be approved...??) Does the application automatically move forward, or does the school/student need to do anything?

After the school is approved and OSAP confirms the funding amount, how long does it typically take to actually receive the OSAP funding?

Thanks Everyone!
