I've been trying to cope and convince myself that she is a great unit (which she is), she is not braindead and requires some skill to play which is awesome. It's just a learning curve the more i play the better i become etc, etc. but man am i tired of this bullshit. Except Zonji & Mars, everyone & their moms counter her. Every single enemy i face is her counter in some way if not one shotters. Enlighten me if i am forgetting anyone but i don't remember anyone having to deal with this much bullshit on release except maybe Mars. Even Sabo was untouchable for a small period until they started releasing 100 counters for him.

Here goes the list just for the perspective -

Blackbeard ofcourse.

every game has like 3 minimum it feels like he is the latest EX.

Nusjuro

Just his normals counter her i don't think i need to say more than that.

Kuma/Bonney

Punch of love ig + nullify solo boost 1hp.

Chopper

another one shot.

Kizaru

Destroys her like in the manga.

Oden

The only time i have seen Oden doing good against a unit.

G5v2

50/50

Stussy

This is by far the worst offender, they gave a max Stussy away to everyone for free just so everyone has a Bonney one shotter, don't feel left out ig. It's like giving everyone a free Kuma/bonney and releasing Saturn afterwards.

Kuzan

Can also put Whitebeard or any obstacle unit here cos these guys can just put up a wall since her skills don't ignore obstacles either.

Kyros

Destroys her.

Honorable mentions- Akainu & Law (not really counters but very annoying).

I might still be forgetting some which is just insane.

I don't really care cos i like her enough to keep playing and got lucky on her banner & walked out with good amount of rds left but i just imagine someone going all out 4k diamonds spent & you're stuck with a unit that requires skill, timing & patience while also dealing with a behemoth of counters.. it's absurd. Not even gonna mention the clunky skill 2, just tiring atp.

Is Bonney the most countered EX on release? [ Long Rant ]
