How to break this CR asap?

As a respawner

It's quite annoying and it kills my motivation when I wake up and found myself in this CR again and again since the 2024 and even if I do something i see no changes , i just wanna go home , I'm forcefully staying here in this CR and that's very cruel, i just want to go home.

Btw I'm looping respawning subliminals from a long time with no changes that kills my motivation but sadly I can't even quit respawning subliminals any tips even I'm struggling alot to stay in my current reality and even respwaning subliminals and listening to them consistent doesn't seem to help me at all.
