Is VnAdExpress legit? My friend earned 14k from it but I think it's a scam.

There's a website called VnAdExpress which i believe is from Vietnam and they are giving out cashouts in Crypto for doing small tasks like watching ads etc. My friend is saying he's earning through it but I have my doubts. So if anyone knows about this website please let me know.
