He’s peddling the same narrative on GMA - she was failed, going to those doctors was the worst thing she could have done, she’s the victim etc.

I do not understand the purpose of this media tour - only a jury can decide whether she was NGRI not the court of public opinion. Also, does this not potentially prejudice the retrial? I have seen lawyers give interviews after a conclusive trial but that is not the case here.
