Sunday Roast in Ludlow/Hereford/Worcester area

Pretty self explanatory in title.

Am going to stay in a cabin for a few nights near Ludlow at the beginning of October - wondered if anyone could recommend a really good pub Sunday roast?

Ideally somewhere that is particularly good at beef and possibly a bit fancy as I’m trying to impress a man I like. Willing to drive up to an hour for it as it’s part of a long weekend!
