Used 2010-2015 models advice?

Hello fellow highlanders, im looking to buy a used highlander between 2010-15 and wondering if theres a specific year thats the best quality and which year to avoid? Saw some listing over 100k-150k milage and never had an issue with Toyota before (grew up with them) so yea, any input would he appreciated
