$400, Aurora IL, Repay $450 on 10/9, Paypal/Venmo, Need help with upcoming payment

I am looking for $400 to cover a payment coming up, several unexpected expenses have left my funds short. Repayment in full on 10/9, or two payments on 9/25 and 10/9. I am happy to provide ID and proof of income upon request. I know it is a lot to ask but I hope someone is able to help me out.
