First pin!

Hi everyone!!! 30 year old female. I did my first dose of reta (0.5mg) last night around 5pm. I started feeling nauseous within a couple of hours after I ate my dinner (steak and salad). I barely slept all night, night sweats, nausea but no puking yet, and starting to get some diarrhea now as well.

Any advice? How long did these side effects last for you and are they always going to be bad on pin day?
