If your Trial link expired or errored out, read this first

Two of the most common things that can happen and I've recovered from it.

Your access link is valid for 48 hours from the test date you select, not 48 hours from when you apply. This is the single biggest cause of expired links, so pick a date you can genuinely sit on rather than the earliest slot available.

The Trial is one uninterrupted sitting, 75 minutes for undergrad and 65 for the master's. The timer starts when you start, and there's no pause.

If your link expired before you started, or you hit an error midway: just screenrecord and share the problem over email with the admissions team, they will get back asap.

There's a Mock Trial at roughly half length, unscored. Worth doing before the real one.
