What happens if I delivered an item late?

So normally I would deliver a product within 10 minutes, but this time I dozed off with my eldorado listing open, someone ordered and now its overdue for 20 minutes.
He said he's okay with it, I compensated him and he released the funds and gave a good rating, but I am worried how it will affect my account.
