My Situation

I have been using Kraken since December of last year. About a month ago, someone hacked into my account from a different state and started withdrawing my crypto, stealing it from my account. Before I could lock my account, they withdrew another $1000 from my bank account without any approval or way to stop them. I have no clue who this was and do my best to stay very secure with any investing.

Following the proper steps, I locked my account and filled out a customer support form. After weeks of waiting and doing everything that I was instructed I received an email that Kraken was going to permanently shut down my account without giving me any choice. They gave me 10 days to withdraw all my investments. During those 10 days I sent no less than seven emails to their support without getting any response.

Finally, I received a last email saying that my withdrawal was processed and that my account was closed. On that email it said if there was any problem to respond to this email.

I have waited several business days, have not received any of my funds, I have responded to the most recent email four times and have not gotten any reply from support.

We desperately need help. My wife and I just had a baby and just under $2000 lost is detrimental to us right now.
