Is this common on EBay?

I don’t really buy tcg online and when I saw this I knew it was too good to be true. Since the seller had positive reviews apparently, I wasn’t 100% sure. After messaging they said it was replica but shouldn’t it be required to say that in the listing? Anyways, how do I identify this in the future and is there a better platform to safely buy Pokemon online at retail.
