Surfboard repairs anywhere in the north.

Took a bad wipeout in the shallow and one of my fin plugs has come out altogether and ive lost it.

Does anybody know of anyone local who could fix it for me and replace fin plug. Tried a couple people and they dont seem to do it anymore.
