Do you play a hollow body live?

How many of you play in decently large venues with a hollow body? Do you have feedback issues? It's been a long while since I performed but I used to use one and don't remember having terrible issues like some claim. But I don't use heavy distortion, just light overdrive at most. What's your experience?
