Secret Hole in Bathroom Walls

Has anyone else encountered a secret passage that you get to through a hole low in one of the bathroom walls? It’s like you craw through a pinch and then come out into a hideaway area. I spent a good deal of time there, but then a while ago it was fixed or closed up or something. Just curious.
