How are small Roblox devs realistically supposed to reach 250 Highly Engaged Players? Also looking for honest feedback on my game

Looking For Devs (Unpaid or Revenue Share)

Hey! I recently released my first Roblox game, Summer Diving, and I'm trying to understand how small devs are supposed to reach the 250 Highly Engaged Players requirement.

Right now the game is 16+, so organic growth feels pretty difficult. I'm planning to run a small ad campaign for 3 days, but I honestly doubt that will be enough to reach 250 players.

If anyone has already gone through this, how did you get your first 250? Ads, TikTok, Reddit, organic discovery?

Also, if anyone wants to try the game, I'd really appreciate some honest feedback - mainly if the beginning is clear, if progression feels good, what feels boring/confusing, and what you think is missing.

I'm still improving it, so criticism and ideas are welcome.
