Based on the scandal this morning, looks like Open AI, when they like something, they lookup your work, codex or not, they give it to a way better model (internal) and it takes these models days to replicate it.

So, whatever you are vibecoding, there is a swarm of internal models ready to provide a better one and then take the credit for it 😥

if you have an idea, a million other people have it, but if a math phd has an idea, there is only a limited number of math professors who are likely to work on it at the same time, and then the one who works at open ai cracks it at the same day ? 😂
