Hepfive

Hi! I am going to japan this dec to january and I want to buy a pair of flats from rockfish weatherwear in hepfive. I heard hepfive holds like a really big sale during january 2 but Im gonna go to kyoto that day. Should i buy it before my trip to kyoto like on jan 2 or buy it before. I've been planning to buy it early on in the trip so I can wear it in japan but if i'll be able to save more, then I might js squeeze it in on jan 2 or go once i get back from kyoto.
