DCBM eligibility question

I make around 2.1L a month + a 2.5L bonus (not performance based, so i always get it) + reimbursements. Without the reimbursements, i'll make around 2.8L net a month.

All of these are on my payslips, will i be eligible for HDFC Diners Club Black Metal ?
