[Need Referral] I lost my job due to company restructure

Hi,

On 2nd September, I lost my job. I was working as a Cloud Database Operations Engineer Associate at a US based company, I was more often a Cloud DBA. At 2:44 pm I received a meeting invite from my Sr. Director. The meeting title was Managers Catch up and it was scheduled at 4:00 pm. I had attended the meeting on time. When I joined the meeting there was no option for the mic to turn it on, same with the camera as well. Neither I was able to see other members names as well. Sr.Director in that meeting spoke that "due to the company restructuring and taking the point of future business and cost consideration we are terminating your role. Please, resign till 5:30 pm or else we will terminate you". As soon as he said this meeting ended and my access was taken away and the laptop got restarted and that's it... Job was gone. I was completely in shock and was continuously thinking what just happened, a normal usual day just turned into a disaster. I am having 1.9 years of work experience. I was an associate, fresher, young mind who had put up a lot of effort and gave 14-15 hours daily. Supported on calls, issues and major changes including 4 go live database migrations from On Prem to SAAS . Worked on critical issues and did integrations of AI automations which I had built.

I did everything and was doing well still this had happened to me.
