Virgin Media WiFi/broadband not working?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else on Virgin Media has no internet? Currently attempting to work from home (Lambeth/Wandsworth area) and apparently there’s a broadband outage in my postcode. Can’t tell if I’d be more pissed off if it’s just my postcode, or if it’s all of us in the area…

Also for anyone who’s had the same thing recently, how long does it take them to come and fix it? Really can’t be arsed to then deal with the faff of having to put the stupid thing back into modem mode and rejigging it up to the house today.
