Feeling numb and hungry all the time

I've been using abilify since the very beginning of 2025 and am still on it. It made me gain about 30 kilograms. It made me feel better so I didn't quit. But i started to feel worse for whatever reason. My psychiatrist increased the dose from 2.5 to 5 mg. It didn't make a difference so she increased it to 7.5. I don't feel bad at the moment. I don't feel nice. I don't feel anything. I'm not sad. I'm not mad. I'm not okay.

Today I woke up: ate and ate some more, tried to cry, ate some more and ate more, couldn't cry at all. I don't think that's okay. It's only almost 3 pm for me btw. I can't feel anything.
