Möhlət shit ended on 07.09, 30 y/o, flight on 19.09. What do?

So my 3 year möhlət ended yesterday (7 September) and I turned 30 this May. I've got a flight on 19 September. No one contacted me from the voyenkomat so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do something or not. I'm kinda afraid that they might give me that country leaving block treatment and I might miss my 19th September flight (would be big monetary loss). Reason for möhlət is high myopia.

Is it possible that they might block me from leaving the country? Should I go to voyenkomat tomorrow even if they haven't contacted me?
