i’m worried i have endometriosis

I have painful periods. Cramps that wake me up in the middle of a deep sleep, having to call out from school/work, and medication barely helps unless i take multiple doses of ibuprofen. i do have heavier periods, especially on the first 2 days. i have lots of nerve pain inside my vaginal canal during period and days leading up. and my bowels usually are loose on first 2 days of cycle. I know there’s more to it but those are probably the most common and alarming symptoms i’ve researched and i’m worried i may have endometriosis. I also know i won’t get a clear answer unless i go to a professional but those who had similar symptoms and later diagnosed, could this possibly sound like endo or just the worser side of menstruation without any “abnormalities” ?
