question for all the strats

Tank main here So when It feels like when I play a main tank like a mag or strange sometimes it genuinely feels like I’m not getting healed and the other team has no dives. Like I don’t want to ping or say like Heals or something because it just seems disrespectful but if someone could answer me why thank you .
