Question about PTs and their clients

Transferred to AF just this July and I noticed na lagi lang talaga nag hohog ng certain areas/machines yung mga PT with their clients, if I ask kung pwede maki alternate or kung pwede na gamitin yung mga gamit na tapos na nila gamitin laging sinasabi later na lang haha is this common across all branches?
