asked would he benefit for shadow boxing 2 or 3 rounds a day

is it 2x5 minute rounds or 3x5 minute rounds

or 2x3 minute rounds or 3x3 minute rounds

or 2x2 minute rounds or 3x2 minute rounds

i would recommend 3x5 minute rounds

be enough too get by on for now
