How to survive inescapable abuse for 2 more years?

Hey, I'm 19 and female and will live with my family for two more years. My father has abused me for most of my life and will continue to do so.

I can't move out, if I could I would.

I have no alliance with siblings, nor with other family members. I'm completely alone.

How to deal with the emotional abuse?

Physical is not frequent and I can deal with it since it bothers me less.
