Alpha Futures payout delays: 2+ weeks of silence on approved payouts, while other traders report waiting months. When did "48 business hours" become an indefinite queue?

​I’m posting this not just out of personal frustration, but because looking around their Discord and support channels, it's clear this is becoming a systemic pattern across Alpha Futures.

​My individual case is small: I had a modest $450 payout approved back on August 25 via Rise on. ZERO account. It has been over 14 full calendar days with status Approved_for_pay. Alpha Futures advertises a 48 business hours payout SLA, which expired long ago.

​When contacting support via email (Amara and Usman), you hit an impenetrable wall:

- ​Support confirms they have no access to payment systems.

- ​They refuse to provide an ETA or even a realistic timeframe.

- ​They refuse to escalate or provide direct contact to the finance/payments department.

- ​They simply send the exact same canned template on repeat.

​When I raised this in their Discord, a moderator responded by copy-pasting the exact same reassuring script to me that he had literally pasted to another user minutes earlier.

​Here is the real issue:

My $450 delay is just a tiny drop in the bucket. While digging through the community channels, I see other traders complaining about waiting 2 to 3 months for Premium payouts and refunds without resolution.

​There is an unacceptable double standard running through this firm:

- ​If a trader breaches an account rule or consistency metric by a microsecond or a single tick, their account is terminated on the spot with zero mercy or second chances.

- ​But when Alpha Futures breaches its own payout turnaround by weeks or months, traders are expected to sit in complete darkness, accept robotic canned scripts, and absorb the risk with zero accountability and zero compensation.

​If a prop firm accepts our evaluation fees instantly, they should be expected to honor approved payouts transparently.

​Is anyone else currently experiencing multi-week or multi-month delays with Alpha Futures payouts? Has anyone actually managed to get their approved funds released recently, or is the payout queue completely frozen behind the scenes?
