please help my Vacuum Cleaner Robot SR3001 won't work!

In the manual it said to charge it so we did but then it got the E 10 warning and after pressing clean it got the E 4 warning and it won't set up.

I tried contacting the firm who said they couldn't help.

So would anyone know if it is broken beyond repair or how i could fix it?
