Was it too much to block my dad's friend's daughter ?

Hi guys! So this happened like 4-5 months ago but I still wanna see what other people think about this. So I know this girl that is my dad's friend's daughter and they would invite me over to eat with them occasionally but that was sophomore year of college. Junior year of college my dad's friend never invited me over to eat with them again but then when the year was about to end, I saw her daughter again in school and I kinda greeted her but she just looked at me without saying hi or greeting me and before I greeted her she kept looking at me like I owed her a million dollars and then when I sat with her ( her friend was there too ) she just started looking at her phone instead ( which I found kinda rude tbh ) and the entire time I sat with her it feels very uncomfortable for some reason because I would be the one asking questions and she would just respond with "idk" and then when she left she didn't even look at me or bother saying bye to me. After that I just blocked her phone number ( she never really texts me anyway ) Am I being an asshole here? Also I texted her 3 times before to which she never responded to any of the texts. ( before this incident )
