Non Inventory & SPM most hated?

Hello all!

Just wanted to get other opinions elsewhere. I’m at now my 2nd building and the culture is the same. I feel like the Non Inventory department is the most hated department at the site and I also feel like the SPM is the most hated salary positioned figure in the site. Can anyone confirm or deny they feel the same?

I don’t understand it because they are the heartbeat to the site, without them we wouldn’t have packing, breakroom, or janitorial supplies.
