White retexture for Frost horse

I just wanna have 1 tiny mod what replacing Frost texture to white horse. I don't want this horse being icy-spicy-glowing things and so on - just a simple vanilla friendly white horse. I have found only 1 mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9282?tab=description but looks like it's not working. I downloaded it through Vortex and it's just not there. Maybe there is another mod of working version of this one?
