The "did you actually feed the cat" problem — I built something for it

Hi all — long-time lurker here. Sharing something I built because it came directly out of a real problem in my household.

We have two pets (a golden retriever and a senior cat). Between me, my partner, and occasional sitters, we'd constantly double-feed, miss medications, or argue about who actually walked the dog. Notes apps didn't work. Shared calendars were too noisy. Pet care apps I tried either wanted me to create an account before showing me anything, or started offering "AI-powered care recommendations" (which I didn't ask for).

So I built Petstead. Here's what it does and — more importantly — what it deliberately doesn't do:

✅ Local-first, works without an account
✅ You define the routine — meals, walks, meds, grooming — your labels, your times
✅ "Last Done" is prominent so you can see the latest fact at a glance
✅ Household sharing is opt-in; coverage requests have to be accepted
✅ Corrections stay visible — original fact is preserved
🚫 No care advice, no diagnoses🚫 No calorie or nutrition calculations
🚫 No silent history rewrites

It's currently on TestFlight (iPhone). I'd genuinely love feedback from people who manage multi-pet, multi-person care — that's the use case it's built for.

What am I missing? What would make this actually stick for you?
