Advice/Guidance

Hey all, need some outside perspective.
I've been working at my current company for the past 3 months, but not on official payroll yet. Was being paid by the VP ,They're now offering to bring me onto payroll (counting these 3 months as experience too), but it comes with a catch: a 1 year bond. If I leave before the year is up, I have to pay 3 months' salary as penalty which comes to ₹75,000. My current salary is ₹25,000/month (Gurgaon), and there's no room to negotiate that up.

Meanwhile, I interviewed at another company a while back and they've verbally quoted ₹60,000/month. Nothing's confirmed yet no official offer letter, no joining date.

My dilemma: if I don't sign the bond, I risk not getting paid this month and staying off official payroll. If I sign it and the new offer comes through, I'd have to pay ₹75k to exit early money I don't currently have.

Has anyone dealt with something like this? Specifically:

**•**	Are these bonds usually enforceable, or is it more of a deterrent?
**•**	Is the ₹75k typically adjusted against final settlement dues, or do you need to pay it separately?
**•**	Any luck getting a new employer to cover this kind of exit cost as part of the offer?

Would appreciate any real experience here trying to make the least risky move
