How often does persona 5 royal go on sale on steam?

Been playing persona for like a month now on ps plus and im on kaneshiros palace but my ps plus ended and im heading into my second year of college but dont want to keep paying for a subscription when i wont play all the time. Persona is 60 bucks on steam which is a bit too much right now. Is it likely that persona goes on sale in the next steam sale? Idk when it happens
