Filipinos in Australia

My 14 yr old daughter is now in Tasmania with her father on a temporary visa status. Father and I are not married. Daughter wants to spend the holidays in the Philippines and a Filipino family friend is willing to bring our daughter with her when she comes to the Philippines in December. Do you know the requirements/documents we need to process in Australia? I will take care of the DSWD requirements here
