2. Sign& Seal: Structural Plans, Structural Analysis & Computations, Specifications, and Bill of Materials/Estimates for Building Permit applications.
3. CAD Drafting & Detailing: Structural plans ready for LGU permit submission.

Rates:

- Structural Design + Sign & Seal: Rates start at ₱250/ sq.m. (or fixed project rate depending on scope and scale).
- Sign & Seal Only (Design Review Required): Subject to plan evaluation to ensure structural safety prior to signing.
