Who else HATES the current locking gemstone tweezers??

Discussion

I ABSOLUTELY HATE all the locking tweezers for gemstones SOOO MUCH!!

The stupid little slide thingy is always rattling and it slides down every time you close the tweezers so they only open a tiny bit until you slide them back down. I know there are some with a screw to tighten it in place but all the ones I have ever had that had the screw always used a Phillips screw so then you had keep a screw driver with you to adjust it. I mean you'd think you'd make it a hand tighten screw or even a flat head so you could get away with using random stuff to adjust it. But no....some idiot thought what I wanted to do was keep a screw driver with my tweezers and have to pop it out every single time I want to change it. Not to mention I've had the screw break off before when tightening it after awhile. There is so many other things I can complain about with locking gemstone tweezers but instead of just constantly complaining about them I decided to design my own locking tweezers that I've actually made a prototype for before and it was SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER then any tweezers I've ever seen or heard of before. The design is completely new and I can guarantee there is no other tweezers that even come close. There is literally so many more features on mine that it's not even funny and I genuinely don't know why or how no one has ever come up with these before. The reason why I am bringing this up here is to see how other people feel about the current style of gemstone tweezers cause i would honestly like to produce these to start selling but I don't have the funds to do so right now so I wanted to get opinions on what to do next other then getting a provisional patent on them...like crowd funding or a partner and would people even want a better design locking tweezers or did I just create something no one really care to about as much as I do? Cause I'm not kidding I HATE the ones out now and originally made these for personal use but I realized just how much better they actually are and well....I figured why not at least ask people...
