I just realized that 40 mg of Ritalin + 150 mg of Wellbutrin XL is making me feel like I’ve taken ten lines of cocaine.

I’m extremely nervous, sweating a lot, my pupils are completely dilated, and I feel intensely overstimulated. I feel like I’m going to pass out now, and I’m really scared.
